About The Event
This 8 hour training will cover the following topics:
1) How to develop an effective FOG Abatement Program.
2) How to implement best practices in both a new and an existing program - with emphasis on data.
3) Understanding and addressing contaminants of emerging concern.
The training is conducted in a workshop format, especially for water treatment professionals from small, rural communities that do not have a FOG abatement program or a pretreatment program, or that find their current program inadequate.
Participants will receive 0.8 Wastewater CEUs and a certificate of completion for attending. This training is available at no charge thanks to a grant from EPA.
