How to Test for FOG Loading to Determine Pump-Out Frequency of a Gravity Grease Interceptor (GGI)

This video looks at figuring out your FOG loading for a GGI to determine pump-out frequency. Interceptors need to be pumped out frequently so they keep working and don’t bypass FOG into the sewer lines. To determine this, we showcase using a device that allows you to measure the FOG loading. Using the 25% rule with the measurements taken using this device, we can calculate their pump-out frequency.
