

About our FOG Abatement Technical Training
The Western States Alliance offers ongoing FOG abatement trainings that will save your utility time, money, and energy. Funded by the USDA Rural Utilities Service and the EPA, our trainings are free, informative, and an excellent way to earn CEUs. The trainings consists of eight hours of no-cost training focused on FOG and emerging contaminants, including PFAS, in the wastewater conveyance and treatment system.
